Top Tier Remodeling and Design

About Us

Top Tier Remodeling & Design is an established, Ogden-based residential remodeling contractor approaching a decade of serving homeowners throughout Weber and Davis counties, with a special focus on Northern Utah's most established neighborhoods.

Founded by Josh Grimaud and Amber Gannon, our company was built on the belief that a successful remodel begins long before construction. Thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication are at the heart of everything we do.

We specialize in kitchen and main-level remodels, bathrooms and primary suites, whole-home renovations, and customized remodeling solutions. Working closely with our sister company, Design Simply, we bring together experienced construction management and thoughtful interior design to create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.

We understand that remodeling is a significant investment, both financially and personally. Our goal is to make the experience feel organized, collaborative, and transparent, guiding homeowners from their earliest ideas through the final details of construction.

Proudly rooted in Ogden, we believe the relationships we build are just as important as the homes we transform. We're committed to serving our community with integrity, professionalism, and genuine pride in the work we do.
