I’m Mark Hansen, a real estate agent based in North Ogden, UT, with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. My journey began with buy and hold, fix and flip properties, and short-term rentals. Before transitioning to real estate, I spent 10 years as a general contractor and 5 years as a handyman, gaining extensive hands-on experience in property improvement. Additionally, I have over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, which helped me develop strong problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills. Today, I use my diverse background to guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate, offering insights that only come from years of practical experience."
