2024 ATHENA Leadership Award Ceremony & Luncheon

Julie Johnson, President/CEO of United Way of Northern Utah, is a dedicated community leader with a rich history of positively impacting lives. Her warm leadership has touched thousands of families, offering encouragement and training for successful, enriched lives.

With extensive experience, Julie provides visionary leadership, fosters collaboration, and addresses social issues to enhance the overall well-being of the community. Previously serving as Director of Community Resources and Welcome Baby Director, she cultivated community relationships and emphasized early childhood development.

Julie's commitment extends to volunteer roles, including co-leading the OgdenCAN board and active involvement in public policy. As a member of the 211 State Steering Council, she contributes to statewide coordination of essential services. Residing in Ogden, Julie is not only a professional leader but also a devoted family person, finding pride in being a mother and grandmother. Her diverse experiences and unwavering commitment continue to make a significant impact on Northern Utah and beyond.
